Once you have made your appointment to come and see us to confirm your booking and secure your date with us, we will provide you with our information pack, containing your booking guide and Terms & Conditions - it has everything you need to know- from the capacity of the function room to the time the bar shuts! (It's Midnight by the way!) Although you can pay a fee to extend it , if you wish.
We have a huge gallery of photographs on our Facebook pages of our Function Room decorated for parties, so please, take a peek - they may just give you a hint of what you like, or more importantly don't like!

Large Function Room

Members £100 - Guests £130

This is a well furnished and spacious function room for large sized occasions. A family occasion or an event catering up to 150 guests.

Our Function Room is available to hire for the following events:-

  • Christenings
  • First Holy Communion
  • Adult Birthday from 21st upwards
  • All General Adult Celebrations (eg. Engagement, Baby Shower, Wedding Anniversary, Charity Fundraiser, Sportsmen's Night, Christmas Party, Fashion Show)
  • Wedding Celebration
  • Evening Wedding Party
  • Funeral Reception
  • Entertainment and Events
  • Charity Fundraising

We cannot hold children's birthday parties at our venue due to HSE concerns.

We provide a comprehensive range of in-house services for your party/event from:

  • DJ's
  • Balloon Decoration
  • LED Dance Floor
  • Red Carpet Entrance
  • Chair covers & Sashes
  • Table Linens
  • Large Circular Tables
  • Drinks Packages & Shot Towers
  • Candy Carts/ Popcorn & Candy Floss

DJ service for functions

£150

We have a small, but exclusive list of DJ's who come to Heath Hall on a permanent basis and always provide an excellent service. All of our DJ's are CRB checked to work with children and vulnerable adults, have years of experience, are exceptionally customer-oriented and so professional in their outlook to the service they provide they always have requests from the clients that book them for return performances for the next family gathering! Most of the DJ's on our list also provide Children's Entertainment with prizes for the games they undertake during the course of this entertainment at events such as Christenings, First Holy Communions and Charity Events. The standard session time for any DJ is usually 5 hours, but if a client requests a longer period for an event, our DJ's will negotiate a price directly with the client (for a full Wedding Day & Night for example). We have a DJ contact list within our Information Pack which is provided to our Clients upon confirming their booking with us.

Photography

Our in-house photographer is James Facey of Facey Media. James provides a range of photographic services for parties and events from keyrings, photographs in mounts - and USB and discs at the end of events. He will also run a video of all photos taken during your party on our large screen in the Function Room during your party that can be purchased at the end of the night / afternoon.

If your event is a Christening or First Holy Communion, James can also be booked to attend the Church to take photographs at Church with your families.

Legends Function Room

Members £50 - Guests £75

This is a well furnished and spacious function room for small / medium sized occasions. An intimate Family occasion or funeral Reception up to 70 guests.


Heath Hall Catering

£6 per person

Our in-house catering service offers a wide choice of Hot and Cold buffet menus plus an Afternoon Tea Buffet Menu. For our most requested hot & cold buffet you can expect to pay £12.50 per person (May 2024). All buffets are prepared to individual order so that any dietary needs can be accommodated. (Please click the link for our menus). We also specialise in Coeliac options for guests, and always have Halal chicken in stock for our Muslim guests. We also provide an Outside Catering Service within Liverpool & Wirral - a delivery charge is applicable for this service, please ask us for more details.

Tea / Coffee

£40 UNLIMITED FOR FUNCTIONS

Tea / Coffee can be purchased on demand at the bar from our service team members. For small receptions we can arrange a Tea / coffee station in advance, depending upon the number of guests between £25 - £50 with unlimited refills for the duration of the stay of our guests.

Exclusive to our members only

This is exclusively for our Members use. On occasion it can be available to hire in the event of a small Family Funeral Reception upto 40 guests, free of charge!

Now Serving Food From Thursday to Sunday 12 to 5pm and in the evening on Sports nights showing live Football / major sporting events up to 9pm.

Sundays are Roast Days!! We are also offering Local Delivery of our Sunday Roast Dinner - 1 course £7.50, 2 courses with dessert £8.50.

Our Bar Food offers All Day Breakfasts, Combo Sharing Platters, 4oz 100% Beef Burgers, Hot Baguettes, Jacket Potatoes, Sandwich Platters & Daily Specials.
